I went to Hobby Lobby Saturday with my Service Dog. I was so shocked when I was leaving. We were approached by the front end manager as we were checking out and totally embarrassed by her!! She made a comment about how much better my dog would feel without a muzzle on it! And she made the comment for ALL to hear. My dog was not, nor has she ever been muzzled. Any fool knows that if your dog needs a muzzle it certainly cannot be a service animal!!

Normally, I try to educate people but I was so shocked by her attack that I left. I went outside to collect my thoughts and cool my attitude before I went back to talk with her. She was clueless. I talked to the store manager who really did not seem to care. She said she would go talk to her about her actions. Surely Hobby Lobby understands that for a customer, this is just lip service for "get over it!"
